Protect your photo privacy
Choose an appropriate input and keep private account media distinct from public examples and the file you decide to publish.
The short answer
Upload only the material needed for the task. Keep source photos and private works in the account flow, avoid sharing access links casually and decide separately whether a finished memorial should be public.

At a glance
| Review point | What to check |
|---|---|
| Check the people and details in the photo | An upload can contain more than the intended face. |
| Keep account media separate from examples | A public showcase does not contain your private history automatically. |
| Treat access links carefully | A working link and public permission are different things. |
| Share only the details support needs | Task identifiers are more useful than credentials. |
| Make the publication decision separately | A completed memorial can remain private. |
Check the people and details in the photo
Inspect the background for documents, addresses, screens and unrelated people. A clear crop may remove unnecessary private detail while retaining the subject.
Obtain appropriate permission for another person’s image. For a family memorial, consider the wishes of those closest to the subject before publishing.
Keep account media separate from examples
Use your own account’s work list to locate personal outputs. Public references or illustrations demonstrate an idea; they are not evidence that your photo has been processed.
Do not copy another person’s private media link into a public post or a support discussion that does not require it.
Treat access links carefully
A signed or account-bound URL may expire or require authorization. Do not assume it is a permanent public sharing link merely because it opens in your current browser.
For a deliberate public post, use the downloaded file in a sharing app you control and review that app’s audience settings.
Share only the details support needs
When reporting a problem, include the task, visible error and relevant time range. Never send your password, payment credentials or provider API keys.
If an image contains sensitive background details, say so and use the site’s stated support and privacy channels to request guidance.
Make the publication decision separately
You do not have to publish a generated tribute. A family-only copy or private archive may fit the memory better than a public feed.
Read the current Privacy Policy for processing and retention details. Do not infer a particular deletion schedule from the appearance of an upload or work card.
Questions about this task
Treat upload, private work and deliberate publication as separate decisions. Review the current Privacy Policy and the actual account flow.
