Preview and download the right work
Follow one work record from its preview to a saved file you have actually opened and checked.
The short answer
Select your own completed work, review the whole video, use its download action and open the saved file. A thumbnail, example clip or successful browser response is not the final file check.

At a glance
| Review point | What to check |
|---|---|
| Select the intended work | Similar attempts can have different outcomes. |
| Wait for a completed delivery | Accepted and generating states are not a downloadable result. |
| Review the whole preview | Check picture and any sound before saving. |
| Open the actual downloaded file | Your device needs a playable video, not a saved thumbnail. |
| Keep the approved version identifiable | Use a simple filename and retain the source. |
Select the intended work
Find the work under your account and confirm its thumbnail, task details and settings. If several versions look alike, use the work record rather than memory to identify the one you approved.
Public examples are separate from private account work. Playing a sample does not select a personal generation for download.
Wait for a completed delivery
Follow the current task state. A result may still be transferring after the provider finishes, so use the download action only when it is available for that work.
If delivery needs attention, keep the original identifier and contact support. Starting a fresh generation does not repair the transfer of an already completed output.
Review the whole preview
Play at normal speed from start to finish. Review the subject’s identity, motion, framing and scene coherence; listen to an audio track if present.
If you notice an issue, record a time range and decide whether this is the version you want to keep. Downloading does not make an unsuitable result suitable for sharing.
Open the actual downloaded file
Use the selected work’s download control. Locate the file in your browser or device downloads, open it and confirm it contains the full duration and expected audio.
A screenshot saves an image of the page. It does not save the video stream or establish that the original file downloaded successfully.
Keep the approved version identifiable
Rename your local copy if helpful, without changing its format merely by editing the extension. Keep the approved file and source photo together.
Before sharing, preview that same file in the target app. If the app changes the crop or sound, inspect its final export separately.
Questions about this task
A thumbnail is a still image. Use the video download action when you need the complete clip.
